We’ve developed a natural, patent-pending technology that gives whole mushrooms the taste and texture of meat! Then combined this technology with upcycled plant proteins and the principles of modularity and reuse to create ‘components’ (ingredients) that can be mixed and matched to create a variety of meat alternative products.
Our TMP is a whole-food alternative to texturized vegetable protein that has a meatier texture and the ability to be flavored like just about any kind of meat.
TMP can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes including shredded, ground, flaked, diced and patties.
We’ve developed four flavor formulations that mimic the flavor profiles of beef, chicken, pork and tuna without the use of “natural flavors” or yeast extract.
